 Headlines of Hair Concepts owner, Judy McCollough, is a 1987 graduate of Pittsburgh Beauty Academy.  She started her career at a Salon in Shadyside, Pa. where she trained under a former director of Vidal Sassoon School in London England.  In 1992, Judy opened Headlines of Hair Concepts salon where it has grown from a 2 chair salon to a full service Salon & Day Spa. Judy specializes in coordinating each service to enhance every client's individual facial shape and features, color tones, and lifestyle.

 

 As a competitive twirler, dancer, & gymnast, Mandy learned early the importance of hair and make-up not only for appearances but for self -image.
Her passion for long hair has led to her specialty and extensive knowledge in hair extensions. Mandy's attention to detail and excellent consultation skills, guarantee 100% customer satisfaction .

  Melissa's passion for make-overs, fashion, and people  led to her career in the beauty industry. Her ability to laugh & have fun combined with her creativity, are components that  achieve ultimate desired results. She specializes in corrective coloring techniques & makeovers and when visiting the salon you'll always hear her laughing & having fun.

  "I have always enjoyed doing hair & make-up. All through high school I spent many hours practicing on family and friends. My favorite thing about what I do is to give client a total make over including color, cut & make-up to match their facial shape, color tones, hair texture and enhance their natural beauty.

  Since 1997, Marsha has been an asset as Judy's "right hand woman" and is referred to by employees as "shop mom." She found working at headlines not only fulfilled an interest in hair, but it has given her the ability to help others while also developing friendships and accommodating clients.

  Since 2007 Deb enjoys the opportunity to interact and get to know the clients personality. Her people skills have been quite an attribute to our salon. She also enjoys learning about all that goes along with working in a salon/ day spa.
